On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. An unclear, flat, red beer, still leaving some lacing. The aroma is quite vinegary, with red berries and a funky hint. Feels acidic. There's quite a lot of vinegar acidity on the palate, it's medium to full bodied and nicely carbonated, with a flavor of vinegar, red berries and some funk. Lemon and barnyard-ish. As expected, the plums added didn't do much for the aroma and flavor, except adding some sweetness the yeast could feast on. Lasting fruity, vinegary finish. Too much vinegar for me. 240801

Draught at Bryggerifestivalen 2024, kindly shared by yngwie. Dotted spots on the glass from a declining white head, unclear dark reddish body. Quite promising smell of berry skins and plums. Similar taste profile of berries and plumps, mid-dry. Moderately tart to the ending, fine bodied. Something else and pretty good. (Trondheim, 01.08.2024).
