GOAL was one of our most popular private batches from 2022-23, a conceptual collaboration with Jayson of GOAL Brewing. At his request, we slowly caramelized one of the most expensive honey varietals that we had in our inventory, meadowfoam. The intent was to accentuate the marhsmalllow-esque qualities of the honey, while also adding a delicate caramel quality that played harmoniously with the caramelized bananas. This base also served as the foundation for Pool Party and King's Blend.

After 10 Months in a BLiS Maple Ex-Bourbon barrel, the batch aged further with additional banana, and spent two months in stainless steel to round out it's character.
