Pax Dexter är en belgiskinspirerad lantöl försiktigt kryddad med färsk ingefära, limezest och citrongräs. Fruktig och kryddig, frisk och torr smak. En del humlebeska men framförallt ger smakerna från jästen den speciella karaktären.

Flaska från SB. Nästan klar gyllengul vätskande lågt skum. Örtig, jordig och kryddig. Ingefära, koriander, citrongräs, lime, jäst. Friskt lättdrucken och samtidigt mycket karaktär. Gott

Draft @ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2017. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty zesty hoppy ginger aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty hoppy zesty ginger flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty hoppy ginger finish.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Oct 2017) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of citrus, spicy yeast and tropical fruit. Fruity, spicy taste with citrus, tropical fruit, grass, spicy yeast and a balanced citric, grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, tasty and well made saison. Nice one.

Bottle from SB. Clear golden with a White head. Bubble gum, caramel, grass, citrus and Spices. Well balanced, rustic, Classic saison. I like it.

Gulbrun klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Floralsk lukt, sitrus, pepper, gjær og korn. Middels fylde. Godt med pepper, ingefær og noe brent karamell.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Ginger is very noticeable in the aroma along with some citrus. Spicy taste with ginger, lemon, lime and some faint rubbery notes in the finish. Mostly tasty though.

33cl bottle at Chris & Ruth´s House. A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of floral spices, yeast, tea. Taste of belgian yeasty fruits, pale malt, floral spices and tea, interesting!
