Undated, though batch-labeled, can (batch 06), drunk 3/6/26.
Beautiful mix of mineral-rich yeast and water with crisp, bright, aromatic, clean hops throughout. Fresh herbs, fresh black pepper and a bit of fresh baguette-like malt behind it.
Malty and rich with a very substantial texture but low sweetness. Quite bitter with an incredible amount of hopping. Tons of fresh herb and pepper lingering. Maybe a bit less bitterness or a bit more malt sweetness would work wonders here. As is, it's very well-done, but extremely dry and very bitter.

16 oz can from Half Time, 7/28/24. Tick #250 of July '24, my most in a month in 15 years on here. Mostly clear yellowish-gold color, white head. Grass-forward, with pine, grains, and dough. Herbal and floral as well. Punchy dryness. Flavorful and well made. 8/4/8/5/17
