This imperial stout was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Magnify brewing in New Jersey. We added peanuts, Thai banana chips, and salted caramel to this imperial stout base for a whimsical and delicious finish.

ABV: 13.5%. Clear dark black colour with a small to average, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet malt, dark malt, banana, peanut touch. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, banana, sweet malt, dark malt, woody touch - peanut touch. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20230502]

On tap at Peders, pours black with a tiny head. Aroma is loaded with peanuts, dark sugars and a touch of banana. Flavour is surprisingly dry, with lots of dry toasted peanuts, banana, and dark sugars. Lots of roasted peanuts and dark sugars. Lots of dry peanuts, finishing boozy, bourbony and lightly banana-y. Very good.
