La Ruche is a delicate Missouri Saison fermented using a blend of our local microflora and a traditional Saison yeast. Meadowfoam Honey was added to this soft beer for refermentation in a Missouri Oak Foedre and was aged to maturity before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.
Note: Previous vintages of La Ruche used Orange Blossom honey instead of Meadowfoam honey.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong honey, floral, oak, citrus. Medium body, oak, honey, lemon, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
