This ale poured a hazy, deep amber colour with a light amber/tan head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, spice, alcohol, nuts and orange. First swig was smooth with minimal carbonation. Flavours of caramel, light ginger, malt and hops. Finish is a little bitter with spicy malt flavours lingering.

Tap at Craft Beer Market, Toronto. Dark amber colour, small off-white head and some lace. Herbal and spicey hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramalt, herbal hops, pine in the flavour. Christmas-spicey like.
