Suffolk is famed for its never-ending landscapes and even bigger skies. They’ve inspired our Double Dry Hopped IPA, which uses hops like Mosaic and Simcoe to help us soar to great heights. It is expansive, intense, and awash with vivid colour.

somewhat opalescent dark golden colour, moderate sized dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of stone fruit, pomelo, some litchi, orange peel oils and lemon zesty notes; hoppy taste with similar notes to the aroma and some slight linden honey notes; good IPA

Can. Nose is citrus, lightly malt. Taste is light malt, leading to a very lemony, soapy lemon finish. Dry ending. Sticky Mouthfeel.
Nothing fits together. Bad.

Can at Kessingland chalet picked up from the adnams shop Southwold. A clear mid orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is jammy orange, marmelade, bready grains, tangerine. Little subdued. Flavour is composed of semi sweet juicy orange tangerine, apricot, marmelade and apricot jam, earthy grains. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Lingering orange citrus, juicy. Pretty good.

This beer is close to being great. I like everything about it, except that all the characteristics seem a bit neutered. Some nice sun-baked pale malts, dried citrus peel, pine, a little earth and British yeast. With the guardrails off this could be a stunner.

12/4/2025. Can bought at Adnams store, Aldeburgh. Pours clear pale golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is piney, resin, fruity, citrus, grassy, light herb. Moderate sweetness, quite bitter, a little unpleasantly so. Moderate body, watery, quite fizzy. Hides its abv. Disappointing.
