Fluffy White Rabbits is our Springtime Triple, brewed using traditional Belgian-inspired yeast, sugar, hops and barley. The Trappist Abbey breweries of Belgium traditionally brewed this as their strongest beer (before the advent of Quadruple...). Our triple is golden, with sugary fruity aromas and a satisfying finish. We fermented it once in our stainless tanks, then bottled it with sugar and yeast and refermented it in our warm room in the bottle. So you get a bottle full of life and beer! Store it cool, put it upright in the fridge a few hours before you open it. Cheers and here's to warmer weather!

Keg at the St Mars of the Desert Taproom. Pours hazy golden with a think white head. Aromas of spice, pepper, bread and booze. Taste adds a herbal note. Dry, spicy finish. Nice.

660ml bottle. SMODs first in this format. Picked up at the brewery. Solodomed at home. Hazed medium gold. Very decent lasting lacing leggy white foam. Nose is big on the yeasty boozy esters. Clove in abundance. Further notes of herb, along the lines of sage and woody thyme. Plenty of sweet malt behind. Taste has a rich honey sweetness first off getting nicely bitter with lots of orange peel and a slightly sappy pine character. Rich and smooth throughout with a bit of boozy slickness. Fine brisk carbonation. Orange peel bitterness lingers on the finish. Great stuff.
