440ml can. Black with small tanned head which dissipates to a scattering on top. Good roasted malt, chocolate, sweet, berry tang in the aroma. Body is just shy of medium with the help of oats. Low carbonation, could do with a bit more. Taste is a nice roasty, chocolate and berry tang, finishing quite ash dry but lacks a bitter bite at the end. Overall its nice but not quite there.

Black beer, tan head. Light malty aroma. Flavournhas sweet and toasty malt, a little of the salt. Some coffee? Decent.

440ml can at Message in a Bottle. Shared with Finn. Bare naked surface, black body, scattered lacing. Roasted malty nose, scent of toffee, inviting. Dark malty flavours, toffee, liquorice, and a backdrop of dark fruits.. Smoothly roasted ending. Nice. (Cleethorpes 15.10.2022).

Can from RAD. Appearance - deep brown to black and farry opaque. Nose - caramel and creamy chocolate. Just a hint of biscuit. Taste - caramel wafer bar. Chocolate, caramel and wafer. Palate - creamy and medium-ish bodied. Decent length. Overall - good considering it's sessin ABV.

Can. Pours darkest brown with a thin tan head. Nice chocolate and light roast, dark stone fruit. Taste is chocolate and toffee. Dry on the end though. Good body for the strength.
