28/7/2019. Bottle from Zellers Wine Gallery, Bacolod City. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with an off-white head. Aroma of mashed cooked banana, toffee, honey, malt, hops and clove. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight sticky texture, above average carbonation. Sweet toffee banana finish. Nice one.

A hazed golden weizen with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice classic fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light herbaceous character, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, cloves, very nice and surprising, given my previous craft Pinoy beer experience. Bottle from Robinson Supermarket, Ermita.
