Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at Maidenhead Beer Festival 27/7/2018. Chestnut brown in colour with a slight, off-white, head. a pleasant mild, with crisp, slightly toasty malts, a touch of red berries and brown sugar, leading to a gentle finish. Good.

Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney. Berries and marzipan aroma. A ruby red brown. Pretty much no head - a few white bubbles. Sweet with malty base. Berries. Some choc. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carb. Low key finish.

Cask at the alma. Pours reddish brown, nose is light roasted malts, toffee, taste is sweet, nutty, toffee.

Fra cask på White Hart, London 15 Okt 17. Ultramørkebrun. Så vidt litt skum langs glasset. Beskjeden plommearoma. Smaken lettrøstet malt & sjokolade. Tørr ettersmak.

Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As One Mile End Great Tom ].Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, roasted, caramel, dried fruit, candy. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, candy, wood, roasted, sweet malt, hop and malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A nut brown red coloured pour with a a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is nutty raw grains, fruit and nut, woody. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, tangy dried fruit, raspberry hint of toffee. Palate is rounded, medium light, moderate carbonation. Little woody piney malts. Assertive woody piney bitterness. Good Hoppy mild.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Black beer lasting tan head. Decent dark mild. Touch of mineral touch of chocolate and coffee. Ok condition. Some dryness on the finish.

Pigs Ear Day 4. Cask. Light haze on this amber beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Light palate, semi dry. Low carbonation. Mild thin malts, a little caramel. Mild piney hop and very mild citrus. Light semi dry finish and mild bitter linger. A little flacid.
