On tap at the station tap house in North Bay Ontario. Pours a clear golden pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is very bright, lots of solid cereals, light cereal sweetness, with hints of lemon zest. Body, and carb are spot on. Finish has a light bitterness, and a subtle sweetness with a hint of wood from what I’m assuming is birch. I can’t really say the Birch is adding much, I guess it’s the slight woodiness I’m getting. Other than that it’s a nice strong pils. Decent and extremely drinkable.

A blonde pilsner with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of mineral notes, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with light juniper notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
