Dunkelbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr röstmalzig, Karamell, Schokolade. Geschmack leicht röstmalzig, süß, schokoladig.

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass very dark, almost black. Starts intense malty, fine roasty, some smokey hints. Hints of a stout. A bit earhty-scratchy, hints of chocolate. Finish well balanced, quite drinkable. A good one!

Dark brown coloured. Dense light brown head. Aroma of chocolate, roast, brown sugar. Flavour of chocolate, sweetness, brown sugar, roast.

Bottle courtesy of bierkrug, thank you once again! Dark murky brown color, small beige head. Aroma of chocolate covered coffee grounds. Taste is similar, with a slightly smokey edge. Light to medium body. Nice.

Süß-malziger, ziemlich wässriger Antrunk. Gummiartig herb, das röstige Malz geht in der Wässrigkeit unter. So ist das Bier zum Ende wenig intensiv, die Malzigkeit wirkt halbherzig. 7/6/7/7/9/6

Swing-top bottle from Koelschtrinker. Chocolate malt and dry hay aroma. Dark brown color with moderate head. Sweet chocolate malt and light charcoal flavor. Medium body. Very nice dunkel.
