Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 08/04/17. Hazed amber orange with a decent beige covering that retains well. Nose is sticky fruits, almonds, fruit cake, brown sugar. Taste comprises marzipan icing, bitter orange peel, nutty, light spice, cake mix. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Very light haze on this amber - gold beer, patchy white head. Palate is light and fairly dry and has decent minerally carbonation. Thin malts show some grain and some sweetness. Tangy dried fruits and mild nuts. There is a dry bitterness running throughout. Overall it's an uncomfortable beer and a bit of a miss from the normally solid Doctor.

Draught @ Taphouse, Lavendelstræde 15, Copenhagen, Denmark 1462. [ As Doctor Brew Old Ale aged with Almonds ].Unclear - hazy light to medium orange amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, frutiy malt, marzipan - almonds. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, almonds, spicy, sweet malt, artificial, sweet almonds - almost like vanilla almonds. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Tap@Taphouse 3rd Year Anniversary Week, Copenhagen - orange amber coloured pour with a white head. Medium sweet malty aroma and taste, caramel, brown sugar, dried fruity and nutty, some spices on the palate, medium sweet bitter finish.

Draught at Taphouse. Hazy amber golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with grasses, pale malts and dry fruity notes. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry and fruity. Nice.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours hazy orange with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds almon extract, bread, angel food cake. Medium sweet flavour with lightly bitter almond notes, some golden raisins, more angel food cake, lemon meringue. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with light boozy warmth, more almonds, coconut, pale bread, some bitter rind. Novel. Pretty decent.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 08/04/2017. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is earthy twiggy malts, marzipan, almonds.. Flavour is composed of sweet cakey malts, raisin, nutty. Palate is sweet and sticky, grainy, moderate carbonation . Some swet peanut butter and marzipan. A little grainy and rough round the edges.
