Clear copper pour, small white head. Piney hop aroma, sweet grains, pretty underwhelming aroma. Solid mouth feel and carb. The finish is sweet, hops fade to a slight pine resin, with some musty apples.

Pours a clean amber colour with a beige creamy-bubbly head and some very nice lacing. Aromas of mild grass with some citrus (grapefruits, oranges) and some cereal grain base with hints of caramel. Pretty much that for the taste with some decent bitterness in the finish, caramel and grain lingering. I do like this hop here, as it gives some sharp bitterness with a nice balanced of citrus and grass, all in an Impy IPA. This is well-brewed and goes down nicely.

Bottle: Poured a golden amber color ale with a nice large of foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and citrus hops is quite pleasant with light sweet malt notes also noticeable. Taste is also dominated by grapefruit notes with some citrus notes also noticeable, mild bitterness and some residual sugars can be detected in the malt profile. Body is about average with good carbonation. I absolutely love this brewery but I can help to think that their dry hopping technique could be refined.

A golden DIPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, light biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, a bit British, light doughy character, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, a bit more German than expected, so-so, boozy, OK.. On tap at St Graal.
