Dryer than the desert with a sunset red hue. Rye Malts create a spicy beer with a hint of liquorice. Chinook & Cascade Hops refresh with a grapefruit splash & floral pine oasis. An epic ride.

Bottle at Black Prince, New Haw, 21/09/17. Odd sweet nutty aroma. Chestnut. Thin creamy white head. Strange tangy sweetness with some bitterness and sour hints. Thing. Light. Fizzy. Astringent. Not great. Doesn't quite work IMO.

Bottle at Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem, Nottingham. Reddish brown, clear, with a smooth beige head. Sweet caramel and rye bread aroma. Taste is also sweet and spicy, with a touch of bitter/sourness in the finish. Medium body with strong carbonation. Fairly simple but this actually isn't bad.

Clear amber beer, thin head. Light citrus and rye aroma. Taste is rye, a bit of lemon. Really dry and fresh. Not the tastiest rye beer and not especially complex but it’s nice and a good solid flavour.
