Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of kefir lime really jumps at you and is very pleasant. Taste is also dominated by kefir lime and lightly sweet malt notes. Light fruity notes can also be detected. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very interesting creation and something I could see myself try again.

A hazed amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, intense kefir lime leaf, sweet toffee, fruity, citrusy, furniture cleaner. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with smooth kefir lime, mint, pleasant. Cask at Mondial 2014.
