Pint at the Chicago location - clear medium gold - nicely dry, with a mix of crackery maltiness that pairs well with the pepper and clove spice of the yeast, giving notes reminiscent of gingerbread - grassy hoppiness adds a light bitterness on the end - it’s good.

Sample at Hopleaf. This brew pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and wheat. Medium body with flavors of fruity yeast, bready malt and peppery yeast. The finish is fruity with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

A golden blonde et with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, pleasant fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cloves, banana, coriander, very nice. On tap at End of Everything beer fest.

Draft at Bavarian Lodge, May 24. Bright, clear pilsener color, puffy foam head. Yet another big american hop nose, just slightly less that the uhf I had before this. Hops are the first thing on the tongue, but only for a few seconds. Then a mellow, spicy Belgian yeast and aromatic light malt sieves in. The next sip brings back that hop bomb once more. Plenty of nice foam lacing on the glass leaves no doubt about its Belgian heritage. Bitter hops still dominate over the yeast at the bottom of the glass.

On tap @ Rev production brewing grand opening. Pours a near clear gold with a slight amber hue and a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has notes of fruits and flora with backing sweet grains. Flavor starts with sweet grains and flora with backing light fruits and a Belgian yeast notes.
