A hazed amber ale with a thin super thick frothy and lacing mocha head. In aroma, a sweet grassy caramel malt with light cinnamon notes, herbaceous, not bad. In mouth, a Vienna like beer with smooth nutty malt with grassy notes, OK. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 22 2012 2012.

A hazy red beer with a small beige head. The aroma is malty and berry-like. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of berries as well as hints of citrus from the hops in the end, which is dry and hoppy. An OK Rousse.

Hazy copper-amber colour. Slightly toasty, caramelly aroma with English hop...smells like a rousse all right. Toasty start but turns tart. A little dusty in the finsih with hints of caramel. A couple out-of-place elements cause this beer to unravel...
