A highly-hopped American Pale Ale brewed with English Malt giving a golden colour. Four American hops are added at various stages of the brew to produce an intense hoppiness balanced with a fresh bitter aftertaste and citrus and floral overtones.

Cask at Southwark Brewery, Bermondsey, London, Saturday 23rd May 2015 As described to me by the brewery this was brewed to be similar to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. It was indeed a hoppy beer but this was balanced out by a good malty (lots of crystal) sweetness. Quite a full flavoured beer a little thick in the mouth. Nice. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

On tap at Anspach & Hobday, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out light biscuity malt and some bitter faint citrus. Flavour is pretty much along the same lines, with a very restrained profile. Finishes slightly bitter. Not very compelling, but not bad.

Cask at the brewery, 11/04/15. Lightly obscured golden topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose carries caramel notes, rubber tyre notes, sweat, hay. Taste improves a touch comprising orange notes, citric peel, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close, muted hops. Would love these guys to produce a beer that I scored at least 3.4 ... not sure that will ever happen! APA? hmpph !

Cask handpump at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Decent aroma, some pale bread, citrus fruits, hay. Light sweet flavorbwith strong grassy bitterness, biscuits, dough, some bitter hay and grain husk. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes sweetly with more grassy and husky bitterness. The aftertaste has a bit too much grassy bitterness, light astringency. OK.

Clear nutty color with a fine off white head. Ok lacing. Caramel malty, citric and a bit fruity aroma. Medium body. Moderate sweet and a fine fresh bitterness. Soft carbonation. Caramel malty/toffee, mild fruity and citric flavor. Nice pleasant mild hoppy ale. Sometimes ok with an ale that is not powered up with hops he he.
