[ As MONYO Boris the Blade (2018) ].
ABV: 11.8%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, wood - woody, dark dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted, dark dried fruit. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20190927]

Keg at Borefts Day 1 22/09/2017. A thick black brown coloured pour with a sticky mid tan head. Aroma is sweet coconut bounty bar, caramel, some jammy fruits. Flavour is composed of sticky brown sugars, coconut, woody oak, some raisin. Palate is medium sweet, cakey, grapey.

Dark brown. Aroma is peanut chocolate vanilla caramel. Taste is not as sweet as expected. Quite bitter with some heavy umami. Dark chocolate finish with a lot of complexity. Very good.

Bottle, thanks Fin! Black with a huge brown head. Chocolate, malty nose - smells great. Light soy, sweet and complex, big Umami cocoa flavor. Excellent!

Bottle, thanks Fin! Black, low cappuccino head. Deep roast chocolate and raisin, medium full dry body, dark chocolate, burnt and roasted notes, dry, pleasant balance.

On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina and Marko. Dark, almost black. Lasting creamy beige head. Aroma is fruity, dark fruit, roasty, some smoke, some berries or tart fruit. Soft piquant spicy touch. Smooth, soft, chewy. Ash, wood, roasty, burnt. Slightly boozy, strong. Chocolate, raisins, dried and dark fruit. Moderate finish.

Tap at Fakin. Damn, was positive I'd had it before but no problem trying it again, hah. Pitch black, lasting, creamy tan head. Creamy aroma, cocoa and raisins followed by plum jam. Smooth taste, creamy but lean, prunes, soft cocoa, some alcohol presence, sweetish, well balanced, lightly roasty in the finish. Not bad at all!
