[ As Muirhouse Star Inn Bitter ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity, pale malt, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151010] 6-3-6-3-12
