considering this is a Pils made by Brick Brewery, i have to admit its decent. a well made pils. no point in really going into detail we all know what a good pils is like. Its a run of the mill pils, but its well made and you can tatse it.

Originally rated June 2006. This Canadian pilsner pours a golden colour with a big creamy white head that has excellent retention and leaves real thick lacing. Active carbonation all-over the glass. The nose is rich with grainy and bready malt. Caramel is also present and mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Mild hop taste with some light caramel in the finish. The lace sticks the whole way down. A very nice pils which I would buy again.

Golden colour. Very grassy hop with a hint of caramel. Really simple, gassy, and slightly grassy. Big yawn.

Golden pils with a creamy white head. A sweet malt aroma with fruity esters and czech hops. In mouth, a clean crispy malt with fruity notes, a good crisp hops. This is one classy pils, very pleasant and quaffable.

Bottle from Lubière: Poured a golden yellow color ale with a huge foamy white head with good retention. Aroma of floral hops with grainy malt. Taste is quite refreshing with a good grainy malt backbone and a dry finish. Finish might be tad too dry for my own taste but overall this is a quality pils.
