The final part of the 4-beer Re/Adventure Series, we take the malt base of a classic Northern Bitter & hyper-modernise into the all time hero that is the SESSION IPA using the newest style of hops: cryo hops.
In this beer we showcase two hops, using Cryo hops for depth and flavour rather than huge punchy-ness.
Azzaca & Equanot in CRYO form bring their iconic U.S citrus and tropical fruit notes.
Inspired by the smoothness and subtlety of the Northern Bitter, Paradise Lost's malt bill focuses on CaraPils, Super Pale & Vienna malt for a super smooth base providing the ideal platform for the cryo hops to fly.
