Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Clear amber brown with a decent off white cap. Nose is dried fruits, herb, orange peel, grains. Taste comprises fruit slice, figs, brown bread, candied orange, light spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough mild.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Almost clear gold beer, a few cream colour bubbles. Light and thin palate, very mild carbonation. Thin watery malts, very thin ripe fruits. Light dry finish. Watery fresh air. Jesus!

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours clear gold with a bubbly, white head. Light sweet flavour with sun-kissed pale malts, nips of citrus fruit, perhaps a caramel accent. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mellow biscuity notes to finish, some toasted straw. Enjoyable, easygoing.
