Tap at Gar Eden. Nice stuff, saison aroma, grainy, bit of berries, light yoghurt, hint of something herbal. Taste is good, soft saison flavours, strawberry yoghurt, just a hint of the saltiness, don't really get the hop part though. Maybe a touch of grassiness there but you have to look for it. Very nice. Much less full on than the ISS.

Borefts IX. Day 2. Keg. Light haze on this pale yellow - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, dry and with good fine carbonation. Thin pale malts, not that sweet. A floral black pepper vibe into spicy citrus. Dry and bitterish finish. Bitter spicy floral linger. Interesting saison.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Shiga Kogen Salty Hop ].Light light unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spicy, ginger - flowers, citrus, floral, light peppery yeast (saison yeast). Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, ginger - flowers, pale malt, spicy, floral, light citric, salty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Straw blond colour. Aroma and flavour are a bit salty and bitter. A bit watery. Quite a bitter aftertaste.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Hazy pale yellow color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly malts, hops, salty indeed, lemon / lime-ish, slightly bitter. Quite refreshing and light. I like it.

7 3 7 3 15 Draft at Borefts Beer Festival '17. Clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma of herbs, citrus, floral notes and peppery yeast. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
