Our take on the now iconic American Style IPA. Brewed with a blend of Cascade, Chinook, Columbus and Sorachi Ace. Deep resinous hoppy flavours of lime, pine and lemongrass come together in this big hitting cask IPA.

Cask pint in the brewery tap on 18th April 2015. Decent clear amber body with a good white head. Toffee and caramel notes in the nose and taste with some citrus flavours in the background. The best of the four beers I tried on the day while in Stourbridge.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 23/06/2012. Deep copper with slight white head. Sweet, berry fruit and orange aroma with plenty of caramel. Flavour was thick and syrupy with some more fruit and moderately bitter finish showing prominent alcohol. A struggle to finish.
