Bottle from lowcostbeer, consumed two months past BBE. Cloudy gold, brut style carbonation, moderate sized white head; looked the part but head dissipated to quickly. Aroma of lemon, hay, gooseberry, hint of dryness. Light to medium bodied with a frothy carbonation. This works well with the tangy fruity flavours, some citrus, grape and pear, drying close. Only a mild sourness in the finish which would disappoint some but I found it refreshing and tasty even if its not revolutionary.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, muted gold colour. Fairly open bubbles of off white head. Nose has hand soap. Oats. Lactose. Taste is a little sweet and malty, with a touch of sour. Medium body. Some astringency. Fine carbonation. Short sour finish. Not very good.
