Three flavour-intense European hop varieties (Hallertau Blanc, Barbe Rouge and Mandarina Bavaria) present aromas of berries, pink grapefruit, tinned fruit salad, strawberry ice cream and orange pith. It’s smooth and easy drinking with a tangy gooseberry-white wine edge and hint of tangerine. Bitterness is moderate, the finish is crisp and dry. It’s a US style Pale with a fruity European twist - the same, but different.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 30/07/21. Lightly hazed orange golden with a just off white cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is dusty fruits, grass, light cats pee, hedgerow, orange zest. Taste comprises orange peel, fruit rinds, straw, toasted malts, light herb, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Ok offering if no Wow offered.
