NIGHT OWL is a strong stout brewed with our friends from Solvay Society.
Solvay Society are known for their modern Belgian beers, and this hefty stout follows suit. It begins with a simple grain bill for a deep, roasty flavour before the Belgian yeast strain Rochefort imparts complex fruity aromas. After fermentation we rest the beer on cherry wood and ex-bourbon barrel chips for notes of vanilla, wood, and some tannin.

Can from the Little Leeds Beerhouse. Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of vanilla, wood, bourbon, chocolate. Taste is woody, bourbon, vanilla, cocoa, light roast. Ťhin finish.
