The aroma is great lambic funk, soft grains, and vinegar. Has a soft carbonated foggy gold body with no foam. Flavour is very nice lambic funk and hay notes. Crisp carbonation on the mouth. This is an excellent attempt at the lambic style.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Lior D. 2015 bottle, 7%. Cloudy yellow. Great funky barnyard aroma, fruity citric, oak, a bit of sweat. Dry flavor, sour, funky, fruity, lemony, some lacto, juicy, a bit of vinegar, faint bitterish note in the finish. Medium-bodied. Great and refreshing.

(Bottle) Pours hazy golden amber with tiny head. Complex, engaging aroma - vinegar, cider, wood, pepper, funky hints. Great palate - light body with excellent carbonation. Great taste - complex, sour, balanced, interesting. There’s a dominant vinegar and cider sourness balanced by spice, woody notes, yoghurt notes and much more that defies my description. Excellent beer.

Bottle shared at the Bottle Shop, Bermondsey - London. Thanks to the generous heart of Kenny for this one. Vintage 2013. Pours unclear, pale yellow with a frothy, white head. Nice lemon aroma, with accents of pale wood and hay. Light to medium sweet flavor, fairly dry, with faint cereal, lemon, pale bread. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Somewhat clean to finish, slightly sweet, with more lemon, light apple notes, some pale woody dryness. Overall, it’s pretty tasty.

Bottle big thanks to Kenny. It pours cloudy golden with a small white head. The nose is fresh, funky, white wine, gooseberry, lactic acidity, white wine vinegar and tang. The taste is crisp, tart, minerals, lemon rind, some acidity, white wine vinegar, white grape, gooseberry, creaminess and a decent lactic bite with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable. Rather nice.

Bottle share at the Bottleshop. Hazy paleish gold beer, small white head. Minerally crisp palate. Nice light sourness, touch of lemon. Good white wine vibe, mildly sweet. A light crisp finish brings a touch of white wine vinegar. Refreshing and nicely mildly sour, no bloody lactic nonsense.
