Talus delivers big aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, pine, resin & tropical fruits. To add even more depth, flavour and aroma we took 175 fresh Star Ruby Grapefruits, we hand zested & juiced these before adding them into the fermenter.
The result is a classic, bitter, dry and grapefruit forward West Coast IPA. The combination of the oils from the fruit and hops gives off those classic pine and resin notes you'd expect to find in this style.

Can from Hydrology. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. I mean, yes, it's very grapefruit. Nicely bitter. Pithy grapefruit finish.
