Cask, half-pint, unfiltered version, at Victoria Inn. Misty golden body, spotty lacing, fair white head. Malt-fruity smell, mild citrus and caramel sweetness to it. Ripe lemony flavours together with a touch of caramel. Dry bittersweet end. Likable. (Durham 29.01.2020).

Handpull cask at the Magnet, Stockport. The light side of mid-gold, clear with a massive white head. Pear drops, pine, grapefruit peel and even light booze in the aroma. Bittersweet taste, more boozy pear drops (odd considering the ABV but it is what it is) leading to the long crisp finish. Not overly exciting but this is a very nice beer.

Bottle from Marks & Spencer, Halifax. Clear golden with a small head. Has a very stated pale ale texture, dry and fruity with a good hoppiness in both aroma and taste.
