Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Hazy, deep red. Sweetish, sourish and rather fruity aroma of hibiscus, rose petals and some raspberries. Minimally sweetish, rather sour, fruity and a little herbal taste of rose hip, hibiscus, raspberries and some lemon, followed by a short, rather tart, dry finish. Thin to medium body, rather astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Fluorescent reddish color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste sourish, sour red fruit, lightly acidic, very dry finish. Hmm ok now that I don't get any hibiscus. Ok.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 2. Deep purple, pink head, bloody purple. Nose is almost more blueberry, blackcurrant than hibiscus. Massive dark berry skins, bit puckering, sour flowers, no real lambic fruit but great dark berry profile. Tannic berry skins, low lemon sour but no lemon taste. Fizzy bodied. Most hated it but I quite liked but no lambiek profile.
