Sample from Grumbo, cheers GB. Aroma is hoppy, herby, straw, with a hint of citrus. Barley and grain comes through on the taste. Nice and refreshing.

3/6/2021. Can from Northumbrian Gifts. Opens with a gush. Pours clear to start, becoming hazy, pale golden with a foamy white head. Aroma is pithy, citrus, yeasty, with light peppery and herbal notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a slight sour edge. Moderate body, frothy carbonation. Saison yeast adds a very nice touch to this.

Can from an Amble greengrocer. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of straw, lemon, light white pepper. Taste has more lager character, light grains and light lemon. Dry finish.
