Bottle from my friend @cunningham, many thanks. I don't know how old is this beer, but I guess quite old. Deep brown almost black color with medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, blueberries, other berries chocolate, raisins. Taste starts with dark chocolate, blueberries, chocolate, raisins, light caramel. Medium bodied for Imperial stout. Dangerously still easy drinkable. Alcohol is well hidden.

Keg at Borefts Day 1 22/09/2017. A deep brown coloured pour iwth a creany beige head. Aroma is tangy blueberry, jammy fruits, woody roast, . Flavour is composed of creamy roast, woody blueberry, tangy jammy fruits, coconut, blueberry jam. Palate is medium full bodied, creamy, moderate carbonation, tangy finish. Fun.

Mi2 Cardinal mai-19: siden der var få nyheter denne kvelden åpnet seremonimester Melberg for ønsker, og jeg fikk alle mine tre oppfylt! 0,33 flaske: brunsvart med flott skum som varer. Et nydelig balansert øl med solide imperial stout-karakteristika sammen med blåbær. Bringer tankene hen på feit sjokoladekake med blåbærfyll. deilige bærfornemmelser i ettersmaken.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours black with beige head. Aroma of chocolate, raisins, roasted notes. Tastes pretty sweet with roasted bitterness. Medium bodied, fruity finish.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 11.03.19. Ebony. Dark beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, berries, figs, cigar box and a hint of cough medicine and ethanol.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Nice aroma of blueberries and roast malts. The flavour is slightly dry, with blueberries and roast malts again, and coffee, liquorice and piney hops in the aftertaste.

Borefts IX. Day 1. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Airy palate, soft and with reasonable fine carbonation. Soft dry dark malts, a little dark malt cream sweetness. Decent blueberry, mildly tangy, not overdone. Tangy fruity finish. Nice enough.

Bottle, at Kongen av Danmark. A very dark brown colored beer with a dense beige head. Cocoa, chocolate, dried fruits and a berry touch in the aroma. Some alcohol. It's full bodied, lightly warming and nicely carbonated. Cocoa, chocolate, coffee and dried fruits, with hints of berries. Lasting finish. A pleasant one indeed. 180203

Gave fra Haand. Drukket på rom 605 - Amano Home Berlin 14 Jan 18. Svart. Høyt luftig mokkafarget skum som daler sakte. Pen lacing. God aroma av røstet malt & bær. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken kompleks. Røstet malt. Lakris. Litt bær etter hvert. Pikant tørr ettersmak. Toppøl!
