An experiment with Lallemand and their new enzyme! This enzyme is what gives the New England style beers that big juicy flavour and aroma! The beer was split into 4 and each given the enzyme in different stages. V1 is the control without the enzyme.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of peach and tangerine, light grassy note. Taste is juicy, orange, tropical fruit. Light sweet finish. Good.
