Bottled. Orange/brown, miniscule head. Fruity caramel aroma. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sweet grains, caramel and aniseed. Low bitterness. Basic and not very traditional.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Munkebo Hugin ].Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, sour yeast - saison yeast, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, herbs, saison yeast - biere de garde yeast, sweet yeast, pale malt - sweeet malt, candy sugar - belgium yeast. Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy slightly acetic aroma. Light bitter flavor. Brown farin and acetic notes. Light bitter average finish. Watery palate.

Bottle from Voldby. 6.5 % ABV. Clear dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit and berries. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with a little sourness as well. 161016
