500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average, firm, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally grainy and bready, wheaty malty aroma, hints of biscuits, a touch of white bread. Taste is wheaty malty with subtle residual sweetness and mildly bitter hoppy, a touch of white bread, minimally doughy and soapy overtones.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very clean, nice subtle sweetness, good mouthfeel, not as raw and grainy as many other Kristallweizen(s) - pretty decent.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Hochdorfer Kristal Weizen ].Light light unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, sugary, moderate yeasty, weizen yest, fruity yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, weizen yeast, banana - fruity yeast, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170304] 5-3-6-3-10

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, fruits and hops. Sweet finish.

Bottle, 5%. Slightly hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, banana, hop and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, yeast, banana, medium sweet, spices and a little bitter.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Hazy golden, brief head. Fruity nose with a mere whisper of banana. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some bread. Low bitterness.
