500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average, firm, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally grainy and bready, wheaty malty aroma, hints of biscuits, a touch of white bread. Taste is wheaty malty with subtle residual sweetness and mildly bitter hoppy, a touch of white bread, minimally doughy and soapy overtones.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very clean, nice subtle sweetness, good mouthfeel, not as raw and grainy as many other Kristallweizen(s) - pretty decent.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Hochdorfer Kristal Weizen ].Light light unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, sugary, moderate yeasty, weizen yest, fruity yeast, banana.
