Cask at Briarbank, Ipswich. Pours hazy amber with a lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, hop, citrus, tropical fruit and straw. Moderate sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Bitter finish. Good brew.
