Aroma of light coffee, vanilla, light roasted malt, dark chocolate and caramel. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Chocolate and roasted finish. This is my 35th Philippine beer and it's a Baltic Porter!! I'm not saying this is the best Baltic Porter ever - in fact it's a little below average as Baltic Porters go - but the fact that you can now get such 'exotic' beer styles in PH (considering how the market is otherwise dominated) is evidence of just how the Philippine Craft brewing scene is developing.
