Corked bottle, 0.375l. Aroma is vinous, woody, funky and grainy with plum note. Pours cloudy pinky amber color with medium sized quickly diminishing tan-like head, floating yeast particles and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet malty and tart vinous, follows by sweet ripe plums and wood with chalky note and smooth mouthfeel. Light body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Bottle. Dirty red, larger pink-white head, lasting. Gentle nose, vinous with some mild sweetness (must be plums). More noticeable later on. Moderate sourness, slightly vinous, some sweetness, tart finish. Light and fresh. Nice.
