10/3/2023. BIAB at The Plough, Worcester. Pours almost clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is mucky, funky, pear, perfumed edge. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation.

Bag in box @ The Plough, Worcester. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich pears, apples, little acid, fruit and has a semi dry light sour finish.

Cask @ The Plough, Worcester. Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet pear and green apples. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish. 100323
