We’ve meticulously selected the pale and lightly-roasted malts to form a classic aromatic, golden ale with notes of passionfruit and orange. Sailing to the far reaches, we’ve found hops from America and Slovenia, combined with the best of British.

Clear golden color with a big off white head on top. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body. Heavy gusher. Still a decent average carbonation level. Although a bit fizzy. Decent balance between sweetness and bitterness. A bit bready, mild citric, herbal and malty flavor. Could have been a decent session ale.

Cask at the Lazy Otter, Stretham nr Ely. Dark gold, a fair bit of head. Clear. Floral and honey bouquet with a decent hint of orchard fruit. Taste is quite sweet, but finishes on a drier grassy note. Not exciting, but good to drink.
