Can @ Åben, Aarhus. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich lemon, thyme, fruits and malt. Nice sour finish.

Can. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, wheat , and a bit of yoghurt. The flavor is sour with notes or lemons, wheat, yoghurt, and a bit of thyme, leading to a tart finish.
