Světlý ALE, který je chmelený jak na varně tak za studena jedinou odrůdou chmele Mosaic. Várka je vařena na hořkost 32 IBU, při studeném chmelení se použilo 300 g chmele na hl piva. Chmel Mosaic je charakteristický svým aroma po tropickém ovoci, borůvkách a citrusech.

Tap at Komin. Moderate bitterness, but disproportionately intensely bitter finish. Malt in the background, moderate body though, a touch of diacetyl. The hops character seems grassy, particulate,not very fruity as advertised. Poor drinkability too. Unbalanced.

On tap Clock Block Well, I had true west coast IPA just before and now this tastes... Malty, seriously, strong malty base with almost no hops popping up what I find as a major flaw for single hop. Maybe if would start with this first could have been better.. But right now? Unimpressed..
