Cask at the Union Tavern, Westbourne Park - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The aroma has dry citrus, minerals, pine needles and dried out bread. Light sweet flavor with aggressive minerality, buiter pine, dirty hay, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter finish with more minerals, chlorine, grass, touches of burnt plastic, further rindy citrus. OK but not without its flaws.
