Hybrid IPA/Weissbier. Wheat-heavy mash, high bitterness from German Magnum, flavour charge of Galaxy and Kazbek, weissbier yeast, and some distinctly non-reinheitsgebot adjuncts. Purity, who needs purity... It’s an Insult To History!
