Bottle shared by Bobby at Monday Night Tasting. Pours reddish brown with tan head. Nose/taste of dark cherry, oak, caramel, sour funk and light vinegar. Medium body. Smooth.

375 from the brewery. Pours a cloudy red color with a medium white head. A sweet woody nose with some big cherry. The flavor is oak, vanilla, sour sawdust, tart cherries, some mellow old Briun elements. Good.

375mL bottle, pours a robust pinkish ruby red with a small pinkish beige head. Aroma of cherries and bourbon barrels. Flavour brings out cherries upfront, transitioning towards bourbon barrels, finishing boozy and bourbony. Weird combination between the cherries and bourbon, but it works. Solid.
